Shipping

Due to COVID 19 tracking on shipped packages may be delayed

  • If you ordered custom jewelry, please allow 5-7 weeks for shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number.

If you placed an order with in stock jewelry + a custom piece, all items will be shipped together in the 5-7 week time frame.

 

  • Orders placed after 8/14/20 will be shipped insured up to $50

Brosia Love, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  If your order was placed after 8/14/20 and your package has been lost, stolen or damaged submit a claim with USPS and they will be able to reimburse you for up to $50

  • Incorrect Shipping Address | If you placed an order and entered the wrong shipping address, contact us using the below form within an hour of placing your order and include the correct address.

Brosia Love, LLC is not responsible if you have already received a tracking number and realized you entered the wrong shipping information. If a package is returned, we will reach out via email.  The customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
