custom jewelry orders
All custom jewelry is made to order. Please allow 4–5 weeks for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number.
orders with in-stock + custom items
If your order includes both in-stock jewelry and a custom piece, all items will ship together within the 4–5 week processing timeframe.
incorrect shipping address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us using the form below within one hour of placing your order and include the correct address.
Brosia Love, LLC is not responsible for orders once a tracking number has been issued. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via email. The customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
